    • As an expert in CRM you are responsible for the support and development or our existing CRM systems.

      Primary Responsibilites:

      - Planning and implementation of customizing, process development and function upgrade
      - Program development in Siebel tools
      - Preparation of document and Ad hoc reports
      - Safe-guarding of the interoperability with other systems as well as matching of comprehensive system processes
      - Performance of analysis and test for the continual process improvement
      - Analysis and improvement of internal procedures
      - Support and training of the project teams in the related departments
