Your qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering
• Several years' professional experience
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the areas of power electronics, energy technology and control engineering
• Excellent analytical skills and structured, independent and target-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, sense of responsibility

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the Development Testing team with a staff of ten
• Work organization and delegation; induction training of new co-workers
• Specification of type tests
• Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative test results
• Further development and supervision of testing facilities
