      Due to recent growth and the need for expansion we are looking to add a Development Engineer to our team.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position offers the successful applicant the opportunity to enter the semiconductor equipment industry with an exciting growing company.
       
      Key roles and responsibilities include:
       
      · Develop new and existing products to enhance this company’s product range offering to a demanding, international customer base
      · Solving existing problems which could involve fundamental physics, hardware, engineering and electronics
      · Work within cross functional teams to ensure products are designed to high standards with respect to quality, functionality, reliability
      · Working within an ISO9001 based quality environment
      · Working with world-wide customers and end users
       
      The ideal candidate will be a Engineering or Physics graduate. Experience using Pro/Engineer 3D CAD would be advantageous. Semiconductor industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential. A capability to work within a small driven team, with personal drive to complete goals, inventive and willingness to make a difference is essential. The successful candidate will be able to communicate well technically and interface with customers. There will be a certain amount of travel required as well as an ability to work with the different needs and cultures of our international customer base.
