Job Skills:

Applicants should have a university degree, preferably at PhD level, in some of the following disciplines: Solid State Physics, Materials, Electronics and Semiconductors. Proven experience in epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor structures is essential. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment and to achieve solutions in line with team objectives. In addition, applicants should have good organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards solving problems. A high level of English is essential. Candidates will be selected according to the following skills: 1. Essential skills:  Extense knowledge of semiconductor electronic devices and their manufacturing techniques  Experience in epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor structures.  Knowledge of characterization techniques for electronic devices. 2. Desirable skills:  Characterization techniques of semiconductor materials (HRXRD, CV, PL, SIMS, SEM, TEM, AFM, etc.).  Knowledge of concentrator solar cells from the characterization and design viewpoint.
