PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

QA Hitech is responsible to built and maintain an integrated QA System for the US and Europe Region within the corporation guidelines. Manage budget and monitor and report on Operational Quality Metrics and process improvements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1) Regional System Development (Lead and Support of Corp. QA Initiatives and Projects)
2) Regional System Maintenance (Audits, CAPA, Change Control, Process Improvement Initatives)
3) Represent QA/QM in the US Operations Group
4) Improving Customer satisfaction (Complaint Reduction/Complaint Management)
5) Definition and Implementation of new regional Standards
6) Implementation of Change Management on a regional level
7) Coordination of Preventive Actions and Process Improvement activities on a regional level
8) Blocking/Releasing on a regional level
9) Develop talent and enlarge QA specific expertise

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
University/technical education or similar. Degree in Quality Management (Quality System Manager or similar)

Experience:
Industrial / Hitech Sciences 15+ years

ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS
