    • PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
      Support the development, maintenance and improvement of quality systems at the SAFC Hitech Haverhill site and ensure their alignment with electronic materials business goals, premier electronic materials customer expectations/requirements and global business unit best practices.  Systems falling within the scope include employee training, audit functions (internal, external, ISO certification and vendor), calibration, process change notification (PCN), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), document control and management of change (MOC).


      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (key accountabilities) 
      1. Maintain ISO-9001 quality systems and certification
      2. Administer the employee training program.
      ' Maintain current training records
      ' Track and report on training status and effectiveness
      3. Administer the audit program for internal, external, ISO certification and vendor audits
      ' Develop the annual audit schedule
      ' Coordinate audit activities
      ' Represent the company during customer and ISO certification audits
      ' Issue audit reports
      ' Document and track corrective action activities
      ' Measure and report audit program effectiveness
      4. Administer the calibration program
      ' Monitor calibration status
      ' Issue calibration work requests
      ' Maintain calibration records
      5. Administer and coordinate quality related corrective and preventive action activities
      ' Document and track CAPA activities
      ' Measure and report CAPA activities and program effectiveness
      6. Administer and coordinate process change notification, document control and management of change activities for the site.
      ' Measure and report system activity and effectiveness
      7. Provide quality awareness training for site employees
      8. Provide SPC/SQC support to operations through control chart generation and monitoring
      9. Write and/or review documentation to ensure compliance to all company or customer quality requirements.
      10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the advancement of quality systems and operations at SAFC Hitech and meet the quality expectations of our electronic materials customer base.
